Due to the fact that Flogos have no mass and are made out of 99% water and air, they do not fall under the jurisdiction of the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA). It is a standard Flogo policy, however, that if a Flogo event is taking place within 8 kilometres of an airport, we notify the tower that we will be flying Flogos nearby.
